By submitting a device for data recovery at Data Recovery Center Nepal, you agree to these terms of service. We provide professional data recovery services with a "No Data, No Charge" policy.
Initial diagnosis and evaluation of your device is provided free of charge. A detailed quote will be provided before any recovery work begins. Recovery work only proceeds upon your written or verbal approval of the quote.
If we are unable to recover the requested data, you will not be charged for the recovery service. This policy applies to the recovery fee only.
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the complexity of the recovery.
All data on submitted devices is treated as strictly confidential. Our technicians are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not view, copy, or share your data except as necessary for the recovery process.
We handle all devices with professional care. However, data recovery inherently involves risks, and we cannot guarantee that additional damage will not occur during the recovery process, particularly with devices that are already in a failed state.
Payment is due upon successful data recovery before the recovered data is handed over. We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile payment (eSewa/Khalti).
Recovered data is stored on our secure systems for up to 30 days after recovery completion. After this period, all copies are securely deleted. Clients are responsible for verifying their recovered data within this period.
Our liability is limited to the recovery service fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from data loss or recovery attempts.
